I'm Gina. I have lived all over the US and beyond. I first moved to Durango CO in 2012 where I met my husband and we chose to follow his career of travel nursing. From there, we have lived on the Front Range, Breckenridge, Frisco, Maui, the Big Island, St. John in the USVI, North Lake Tahoe, and now Pagosa Springs. It's amazing to me that after all the fantastic places I have lived, I don't think I could love a place more than SW Colorado and Pagosa Springs. The communities out here rival those of the places I have lived and beat them. We moved back to the area in 2019 to start our family and put down roots. After our son was born in 2020 we bought our first home and that is what inspired me to pursue a career in Real Estate. Moving around so frequently gave me a unique perspective and expertise in relocation. One that I use and gives me an insight to what my clients are looking for.  Helping my clients find not only their dream home but also their place in the community is a passion of mine and why I started a women's specific group on Facebook helping ladies find their tribe. Communication, integrity, and trust are the foundation of my business and my pledge to you as we work through one of the biggest transactions of your life. We love being outdoors and exploring. Our winter sport is snowboarding and our summer sports are everything from camping, hiking, all the lake adventures, and more.
