As a kid, I would spend the summer with my grandparents in the “mountains” of western Pennsylvania, and it was some of the happiest moments of my childhood.
After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, I moved to Philadelphia and had the opportunity to work for two of the largest privately held commercial real estate developers on the east coast. I was so grateful for these opportunities because I learned so much about sales, marketing, analyzing market trends, negotiating leases, and understanding the complexities of commercial property acquisition, development, and disposition.
After the 2008 financial crisis was when I began to do some soul searching. I was ready to move out west to start a new life and moved to Denver in 2010. I lived in the foothills and once again experienced some of the happiest moments of my life living in the mountains.
It was during this time that I experienced a profound healing experience with Chiropractic and decided to put my real estate career on hold. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the right decision at the time. I moved to the Bay Area in California to pursue my doctorate degree in Chiropractic. Even though I was in beautiful northern California, I missed Colorado every day.
My career in Chiropractic ultimately led me to Durango because my wife and I wanted to practice in a smaller mountain town. We wanted to help take care of a community, be a part of a community, and give back to a community.
Most people know me as Dr. Tim and I’ve spent years focusing on the well-being of my practice members, listening to their needs, providing tailored solutions, and guiding them through their health and wellness journey.
Over the years of being in Durango my family and I have loved “vacationing” in Pagosa Springs because we enjoy hiking, the rivers, the hot springs, and the town itself. It’s been even more of a blessing to us since we moved to Arboles in 2024.
Once again I am living the happiest moments of my life as I’m living in the mountains overlooking the lake, I have a thriving practice in Durango, and I’m here at Sherpa to help guide you to living your best life here in the mountains of Colorado.
