Hi! Hola!

I’m Tabitha! I live, work and play in this amazing community of Pagosa Springs!

A little about me – My passions are spending time with my family (husband, daughter, son, and two granddaughters), being outside (I love the mountains and the beaches!), fishing, hiking, and a nice glass of wine.

I grew up in Texas, Colorado and Florida in the U.S., and have had the privilege of living in Ecuador, Mexico and Costa Rica.  From my time in South and Central America, I am fluent in Spanish and absolutely love experiencing a variety of food and culture.

I’ve had a passion for real estate my whole life and have bought, sold and brokered property sales in several locations.

My husband and I started and still have several locations of a Short Term Rental management company. Our first location was  Playa del Carmen in 2001 and we still have the business and most of our clients. We are currently in Costa Rica, Playa del Carmen and Cozumel internationally with a few locations here in the states.
