Hello Pagosa,

Please let me introduce myself. My name is Stephanie Yates. I have been representing clients for several years now. My prior experience is as a Realtor and Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to a large Real Estate Firm. I also have many years’ experience as a Legal Assistant. Originally from The Woodlands, Texas and relocated to North Texas area in 2003. My past experience and career have led to my passion in real estate.

My family and I recently moved to our “happy place” here in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. We have been visiting here for over ten years and fell in love with the natural beauty and area quickly upon our first visit. I have been married to my husband, Jason, for twenty-two years. We have two beautiful daughters, Katlyn and Ashton. Our oldest, remains in Texas and is a Kindergarten teacher. Hoping to re-locate here in a few years. My youngest has relocated with us and is thriving here. We avidly love the outdoors and nature. Continuing to enjoy new adventures and exploring the area.

I am overwhelmed with how wonderful and welcoming everyone here has been to my family. I eagerly and wholeheartedly look forward to this new venture. I am looking forward to meeting more people of this great community.
