Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I moved to Pagosa Springs in 1985, after having a husband and wife real estate business in Chama, New Mexico. My full time dedication to the profession has earned me many long term customers and clients. I was the first Certified Residential Specialist in our county, served as the president of PSAAR for two years and received the local Realtor of the year award four times. I have consistently been one of the top agents locally and nationally.

Most recently I had an opportunity to work for Prudential Triple S Realty, whose home base is in Durango, Colorado. This allowed me to learn the Durango area and work in both real estate markets. I am excited to be back at Jim Smith Realty, which I consider to be the best source for real estate information with our website presence and comprehensive magazine.

An active member in the community, I now serve as a board member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Seeds of Learning. At one time our office in Chama, New Mexico served as a real estate office and chamber of commerce. As an early childhood specialist, it has always been my belief that teaching and working as a Realtor, go hand in hand. Having a wealth of information to share, whether working with young children or newcomers to our community, this is all part of the learning and educating process.
