We both enjoy the different seasons of Colorado, blue skies, outdoor activities, travels to different parts of the world and our wonderful friendships we have made in Pagosa Springs.  We moved to Pagosa Springs in 1994 for the school system and both kids did wonderful in a smaller school environment. Our son graduated from the College of Engineering at CSU in Fort Collins, Colorado, our daughter also graduated college at CSU in Fort Collins majoring in Equine Science and has Bachelor Science in Nursing. We also enjoy the world of off-road motor sports of Ford Raptors going on some extreme adventures in the SW and Baja with our friends and club.

I’ve been a real estate broker in Pagosa Springs since 1996 and Denise 2006, associated with Jim Smith Realty since 1999, now part of the Sherpa Real Estate Family!  Jim Smith has retired and both offices merged into one. We are a concierge real estate team working with clients and friends.

Senior Real Estate Council (SRES Designation) I have

knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. 

I also worked at the local and state levels with the Colorado Association of REALTORS for many years. Pagosa Springs Area Association of Realtors 2001 President, Vice-President, Treasurer

and Directors and CAR Director at State level.
