I have been happily married to Ginger for 24 years. Ginger is a registered nurse and splits her time between the 2 ERs at Mercy Medical Center in Durango and Pagosa Springs Medical Center.

Ginger and I first visited Pagosa Springs in the fall of 1996. We were drawn to the beautiful fall colors and the majestic mountain peaks. So much so, we bought some property and moved here for good in 1999. We ultimately sold that lot and bought another lot on Village Lake where we built our dream home in 2001.

We have three boys named Hunter, Nathan, and Johnathon. They have kept us smiling as we have watched them grow up here and participate in football, skiing, wrestling, baseball, golf, school and church plays, and fishing. Our 2 oldest boys (young men now), Hunter and Nathan both graduated from Pagosa Springs High School and have both moved on to living and attending College in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Our youngest son, Johnathon,  is a Junior in High School. His passion is golf. We spend lots of time taking him to his many golf tournaments around Colorado during the summer.

We have been members of Centerpoint Church for 25 years where I serve as a Deacon, Adult Sunday school teacher, and singing with the Praise and Worship Team. Ginger serves in the Women’s ministry including taking other women on outdoor adventures such as hiking, snow shoeing, and rafting. I enjoy many activities around the Pagosa area, including hiking, hunting, camping, fishing, golfing, snow skiing, and an occasional dip in the hot springs.

We love it here and enjoy the small town feel of Pagosa Springs, the hundreds of thousands of acres of National Forest in our back yard, the abundant wildlife, and friendly people.   I hope you will too.
